ORDERING & PAYMENT

We accept all major debit cards and credit cards.

Visa, Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard Debit, MasterCard, UK Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Facebook Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay, Coinbase Commerce and our store Gift Card.

All transactions are processed via Shopify Payments or PayPal and are encrypted for your safety.

All payments must be made before your order is shipped to you. We work closely with Verified by Visa & MasterCard SecureCode to provide you with a safer shopping experience when using your card online.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

Additional validation and fraud checks are carried out internally.

The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.

Taxes and duties incurred by each country on imported items are the customer's responsibility. Custom fees are based on the total value of the products entering your country. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.


If you haven't received a confirmation email after placing your order, please make sure you have provided us with the right email address.

If you did and still haven't got a confirmation email, please check your spam folder.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

We are shipping from Miami, United States.

We fulfill all orders within 1-2 business days.

Please note that during sales and holidays, it may take a little longer and therefore we require 2-5 business days for processing.

We ship worldwide using DHL and UPS.

You can track your order using your tracking number HERE.  

Please email customer service at contact@prstge.com to let us know. We will take care of any issues with the address and reship your package.

If the address you have provided was wrong or incomplete (missing apartment number or street number), you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.


If your tracking number says that your package has been delivered but you cannot find it or you think it has been stolen, please contact us at contact@prstge.com .

Although, once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen package, we will help you to file a claim with UPS to investigate and get compensation.

If you have selected UPS + Insurance or USPS + Insurance at checkout, no worries! Our shipping insurance company will open a claim and your loss will be reimbursed. Simply contact us at contact@prstge.com to file a claim.

Please note that our customer service may take up to 2 business days to respond to your email.

RETURNS

Of course! Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date. If you would like to return your order, please visit our returns page.

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If your purchase does not work out for any reason, you may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note: all sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. We do not accept returns or exchanges on facemasks, face coverings, balaclavas, leggings, underwear or socks.

If you receive a faulty item please contact us immediately by email at contact@prstge.com . You will be asked d to provide pictures of what you have received and after confirmation, we will provide you with a return label to return your faulty item and we will ship out again for free.

Please send an email with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item we sent you to contact@prstge.com. We will immediat ely send you the correct item with a prepaid return label so that you can return the incorrect item.

We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions, it may take up to 14 working days for us to handle your return and a further 7 days for your refund to be processed.

GIFT CARDS

You can purchase Gift Cards HERE. Gift cards are delivered via email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our Gift Cards have no additional processing fees.

Gift Cards are programmed to expire after 2 years. If your Gift Card has expired and you still have a remaining balance, please email our support team at info@hoodstore.com to issue you a new card.

PRODUCT CARE / INFORMATION

CLOTHING IN GENERAL:

For the best care, we recommend washing on cold or warm and tumble dry or hang dry.

DENIM MADE CLOTHING:

When washing your jeans, we recommend using cold water and a laundry detergent for jeans.

A detergent like Studio by Tide Darks & Colors helps improve the quality of your jeans by trimming down stray fibers, and protects them from discoloration, pilling, and fading. Make sure to only wash your jeans with other deep-colored clothing.
